Where is the RetroArch system folder located in Steam on Linux

I frequently play 8-bit and 16-bit retro games via RetroArch on Steam using a PS4 controller. Because some games lack an easy exit menu or occasionally crash, I’ve mapped the L2 button to "Close Content." which allows for a quick exit back to Retroarch

To map the L2 button to Close Content in Retroarch go to:
Settings > Input > Hotkeys > Close Content

Press the X button on your PS4 controller then select the L2 trigger

I also use the R2 button for "Fast Forward," which is incredibly helpful for speeding up slow loading times in older 8-bit games.

To map the R2 button to Fast Forward in Retroarch go to:
Settings > Input > Hotkeys > Fast-Forward (Toggle)

Press the X button on your PS4 controller then select the R2 trigger

Menu Settings > Input
Select Hotkeys
Select Close Content
Select Dast-Forward (Toggle)
