Anyone who owned a Commodore 64 in the 1980's will remember the famous Xmas demo. As a child in the 1980's I was captivated by the graphics and the music at the time. The demo is still a joy to watch today, and it was amazing what could be done with so little memory available.

I'm not sure where the original tape came from, but I think it might have been included in the Starter pack you got when you purchased a new Commodore 64 in the UK. I think it was also used to showcase the Commodore 64 in computer shops.

According to AI, the following people were responsible for creating the demo

Design & Programming: Stephen Murri
Music & Sound: Wayne Eastwood
Graphics & Sprites: H. Rex Boucher and Stephen Murri
Special Contributions: The "Christmas trees in the snow" sequence was created by Trip Denton.
