Kiosk mode is available in Firefox. Kiosk mode provides the user with a full screen experience. It's removes all the toolbars and disables the right click functionality.

Kiosk mode would probably be used in a business setting with a touch screen monitor

To test out Kiosk mode in Firefox, enter the following command in the terminal

firefox --kiosk


To close the Kisok window, press ALT + F4

To open a specific website in Kiosk mode using Firefox, you will need to add a custom URL / home page in the Firefox settings.

To set a new custom URL goto
Settings > Home > New Windows and Tabs
