I recently installed Kubuntu, which came with Firefox already installed. I have not used Firefox as my main browser for quite a few years. One thing I did notice,was that the top menu bar was not enabled.
After all these years, I still prefer and find it easier to use a menu bar as apposed to accessing the settings and other functions via the application (Hamburger) menu on the right hand side on my PC.

To display the top menu bar, simply right click on the white space in the main toolbar and then select Menu Bar.
